Rasta inte hundar i rabatterna

På förekommen anledning vill vi påpeka att det inte är ok att rasta hundar i rabatterna och att man alltid ska plocka upp hundbajs efter sin hund.

Om du ser någon som glömmer att plocka upp hundbajs utanför vår fastighet så uppskattar vi om du påminner dem.

 

Cykelrensning

Under april planerar vi att göra en cykelrensning i källaren och på terrassen. Vi kommer att märka upp alla cyklar med ett band på styret, vill du behålla din cykel tar du bort bandet inom angiven tid. Cyklar som rensas bort kommer att förvaras en tid innan de slängs.

Balkongrenovering

Nu är det dags för balkongrenovering, som ni säkert redan har märkt. Under renoveringen så är det entreprenören som kommer att sätta upp information till de boende. Se anslag i entrén.

Don't walk your dog in the flowerbeds

We would like to point out that it is not ok to walk the dog in the flowerbeds and that you shall always pick up dog poop from your dog.

If you see someone who forgets to pickup the dog poop, we appreciate if you remind them.

 

Bicycle purge

In April we plan to do a bike purge in the basement and on the terrace. We will tag all bikes with a band on the handlebars. If you want to keep your bike, remove the band within the specified time frame. Bikes that are removed will be stored for some time before they are thrown away.

More detailed information will follow after Easter.

 

Balcony renovation

Now it's time for balcony renovation, as you probably already noticed. During the renovation, it is the contractor who will be posting information to the residents. See information at the entrance.
